It’s hard to put into words how much we appreciate all the effort you put into making our trip in Costa Rica the very best. From the time you greeted us at the airport we were treated like royalty! Henry was a great driver. We were amazed that he would be our driver throughout the whole trip. It was very comforting to know that he was coming to take us to our next destination. He was always very prompt, courteous and professional. It all comes down to the fact that you made us feel like your friends and we hope to see you (friend) again soon. We have been in the travel business for many years and know a good thing when we see it and especially when we experience it for ourselves. We would not think twice about recommending you to all our family, friends and travel clients anytime they want a reputable transportation/tour company in Costa Rica!

The convenient airport transfers alleviated much of the usual airport hassles and the intra-country transfers by Transtobella were efficient, comfortable, and allowed for great sight-seeing from their big window vans. Thank you so much for the nice polo shirts. We really liked then and they look so good on us. I want to thank you so much for all your efforts. Our trip could not have been more perfect. We loved both hotels. The town of La Fortuna was exactly what we were looking for. We took a canopy tour, the tour to the waterfall and the ATV adventures and as you said it was the best we have excellent pictures to show to our friends. Since you are travelling on vacations to a tropical country, our recommendation is to travel light and mostly informal, and with the expectation of a sudden change of weather.
Check your personal items twice, like passport (plus any other migratory documents if needed), another ID with photo, driver’s license, credit cards, some cash, airline ticket and any medication you will need.

MONTEVERDE COFFEE TOUR
Since 2002, Coope Santa Elena began to offer an innovative tour for people interested in an agricultural experience. This tour has diversified the local tourism opportunities and, at the same time, created a new source of income for the cooperatives, as well as for the producers.
Participate in a guided tour to a Coffee Farm in Monteverde where you will see the whole process of coffee, from the farm to your cup. Coffee sold under the Monteverde label is produced on small farms in the Monteverde area, averaging of 1 ha of coffee production per farm. First stop on the tour is the coffee plantation. You will learn how coffee grows and is harvested and the role agriculture has played in the development of Monteverde. At the Processing Mill "Beneficio" you will see how the process of the bean goes through, from the receiving and measuring, the washing to drying naturally in the sun. At the roaster you can try a freshly brewed coffee while learning about the roasting process and how the different roasts are distinctive. The Monteverde Coffee Tour is an educational activity that allows you to see and understand how local coffee production works. The participants get to visit some of the farms, the Mill, and lastly the Café Monteverde Coffee Shop. During the harvest season the visitors also have the opportunity to participate in the picking of coffee cherries.
