Our personalized service starts since your very first contact with us through email or our 800 number (united Status and Canada only), and we will do all possible to meet our goal of sending you a reply within 4 hours.  That is why we require that your request be accurate and specific for us to be able to tive you the service you deserve since for Costa Rica Delights and its personnel, all our customers are important and it is an honour to help all of you organizes your trip.

OUR PERSONEL
All of our personnel is from Costa Rica, we are people like you with a very important mission to perform; that is, to make a dream come true, turning your vacation in an unforgettable memory.  Our ages range between 26 to 45 years old with more than 15 years of experience in tourism and customer service; that is why we know how to take care of you and your family, and which tours and services are more convenient to your needs.

Our operational personnel including guides and drivers really enjoy their job, and they will always be willing to assist you with a smiling face.  Their job is their hobby, and they are all well-trained in the areas they are needed; so do not hesitate to count on their advice.

OUR SERVICES
All the hotels, lodges, rent-a-cars, transfer agencies and tours are constantly evaluated by our agents who personally experience the service you will receive when planning your trip through Costa Rica Delights. Each one of our suppliers has its own insurance which goes through inspection every year to make sure it is updated and ready to be used at anytime.  We want to make sure you receive the best service everywhere because we are always looking for quality.

Individuals:  are single customers or groups of less than six persons.  We are ready to answer their request and to give them the best service and the best price since their very first moment they contact Costa Rica Delights until the end of their trip.  Just let us know your needs and expectations, and we will gladly make you feel like at home.

Groups:  our tour operator will provide service not only to family and friends groups, but also to groups of students, senior citizens, scientists or any other specialized professionals who want to visit Costa Rica for work or pleasure.  All the groups will be accompanied by a guide and a driver, and will experience the luxury of the transportation service.

Tours for cruise passengers: If you are arriving on a cruise, and do not want to take the tours offered on board, but prefer to contract our personalized services; just let us know, and we will pick you up at the dock to organize a nice tour according to the hours set by the cruise management.  Even though your stay will be short, you will enjoy a visit of great quality and amusement.

Families: Since Costa Rica Delights is a family business, we know how to deal with families travelling together, not everybody enjoys the same activities; but do not worry, Costa Rica offers entertainment for everybody and we will work hand in hand with you to plan the perfect vacation to each member of your family, no matter his or her age or preferences; all members will have a reason to smile.

OUR RESPONSIBILITY
Costa Rica Delights representing Transtobella S.A., acts only as agent for the passenger in regard to travel, whether by surface, air or water, by whatever means of transport whether it be mechanical or animal and assumes no liability for injury, damage, loss, accident, death, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason of defect in any vehicle or other means of transport or for any reason whatsoever or through the act of default of any hotel, carrier, boat, restaurant, company or person rendering any of the services included on the trip, or any other circumstances beyond their direct control. Costa Rica Delights and Transtobella and or its agents accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to the delay or changes in air schedules, loss of (or damage to) baggage or any article belonging to the passengers, sickness, personal health, weather, strikes, fires, explosions, earthquakes, floods, epidemics, conditions of trails, river levels, road conditions, transportation delays, wars, accidents, chance, acts of God, major force or other causes. Any and all such losses or expenses will have to be borne by the passenger, as tour rates provide for arrangements only for the time stated. Many of the activities involved are inappropriate for persons with severe health problems or physical or mental disabilities which inhibit walking and other activities. It is the passenger’s responsibility to judge the appropriateness of these travel activities in regard to his / her physical and emotional capabilities. Every passenger must check the level of difficulty of tour activities.
